We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories in Columbia, MD in a hybrid position.

You will be assisting in maintaining and validating project scope, plans, and schedules for projects, ensuring adherence to established metrics for project success and applying standards such as delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, and compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining and validating project scope, plans, and schedules.
- Adhering to established metrics for project success.
- Applying standards including delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, and compliance.
- Monitoring identified risks to program success and informing applicable stakeholders.
- Managing project delivery process, scope, and costs for small and medium complexity projects (<500 hours) under supervision.
- Driving completion of the project.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and executing technical project communication plans.
- Evaluating project results against success metrics and recommending changes to improve productivity and end product.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Eighteen (18) months of experience in a systems development environment.
- Good technical and commercial awareness.
- Good communication skills.
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:
- Strong project management skills.
- JIRA, Smartsheet, Waterfall Model, Microsoft Office required.
- Strong organizational skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,300.00 - $103,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $62,300 - $103,800
