- English is required, but.. Spanish? Awesome! Other languages? A plus!
- Self-motivation and ability to work alone if necessary
- Ability to manage computer systems? Wonderful, there will only be a few.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and proofreading documents as needed.
