We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team in our Carlsbad location. This role ensures operational efficiency, maintains product quality, and fosters a safe and productive work environment. Hours: Monday - Friday and as needed on the weekends
Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What You Will Do:
- Train, manage, and evaluate production employees on the 2nd shift.
- Oversee daily workflow and assignments to meet production goals.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other managers and supervisors to align activities across departments.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and address defects.
- Identify and resolve issues with processes, materials, equipment, or employee skills.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and organizational policies and regulations.
- Train and manage staff to meet ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure equipment is safe and operational, addressing issues promptly.
- Complete and verify production paperwork accurately.
- Coach employees to improve skills and close performance gaps.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience with machining processes and blueprint reading.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with Epicor is plus!
