Bilingual (English / Spanish) Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping Coordinator (English / Spanish) to oversee shipping and logistics operations. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of shipments while coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs, customs paperwork)
  • Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to prevent delays
  • Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations
  • Utilize shipping software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets for logistics tracking

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • Knowledge of freight carriers, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP logistics software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
