Position Overview:
As a Client Services Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. You’ll work closely with our advisors to support day-to-day client account management, handle client inquiries, and manage operational tasks to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to anticipate client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Support the onboarding of new clients, including gathering documentation and coordinating account setup.
• Manage client account maintenance, including transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and reporting.
• Prepare client meeting materials and assist with follow-up actions.
• Liaise with custodians and other financial institutions to resolve account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist advisors with research and analysis related to client accounts and financial plans.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of experience in financial services, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM platforms and financial reporting software is a plus.
