Accounting Manager – Hybrid
We are a $150 million healthcare company located in Chicago’s Southwest Suburbs, seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, direct-hire, hybrid role.

About the Role
The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting consolidations and corporate accounting functions while managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise one Staff Accountant and one Accounting Clerk .
Preparing consolidated financial statements and KPI reporting.
Budget-to-actuals reporting.
Support the annual external audit process.
Generate ad hoc reports and analysis .
Drive process improvement and ERP enhancements.
Work with the Controller and CFO to document and implement internal controls.
Revenue Recognition : Gather financial data from multiple reports across many healthcare providers , prepare revenue spreadsheets for profit-sharing, and upload journal entries into Sage Intacct .
