Human Resources (HR) Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Identify and address current and future HR needs and challenges.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Manage employee performance reviews and development plans.

Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee documentation and records, including employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Oversee the compensation structure and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

- Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
