Founded by Philip Revien and Michael Fischer in 2014, 626 provides maintenance expertise on all medical imaging equipment manufacturers and modalities. Philip and Michael first met in the maternity ward of a South Florida hospital on June 26, 2012, the day each of their sons were born. The pair began talking and soon realized they shared a common goal— improving patient care. Two years later, 626 was established. What You’ll Do:
The Regional Director position at 626 leads a team of Account Managers and Field Service Engineers, essentially taking full responsibility for the performance of a regional “book of business”. This position will interface directly with customers, internal 626 stakeholders, and direct reports to provide the highest level of service to the customers within the region. A successful Regional Director will use industry knowledge, collaboration with team members, and understanding of operational data to drive financial success and growth within their region.
Essential Responsibilities
Travel will be required from time to time for customer site visits, internal service leadership meetings, and field service engineer team member interactions.
Position Requirements
3 years of experience in service management or equivalent experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business or Engineering preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
Knowledge of medical equipment installation and maintenance
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the healthcare industry
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Growth mindset and ambitious work ethic

Essential Responsibilities
- Supports all aspects of service delivery and daily operations for a region at 626
- Manages a team of Field Service Engineers for imaging equipment across a wide range of customers
- Manages Account Managers dedicated to the primary customers within the region
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, sales representatives, and support team members
- Serves as a point of contact and escalation for customer communication and interaction with internal teams
- Develops proactive account plans to prevent or predict issues
- Leads the Account Managers in dispatching engineers efficiently and effectively to maximize engineer utilization and customer satisfaction
- Enforces key compliance metrics across the Field Service team to drive accountability and timely – parts returns, field service report completion, preventative maintenance completion, etc.
- Attends Regional Director meetings prepared to speak to field service engineer activities, capabilities, schedule, KPIs, etc. to facilitate decision making and keep leadership informed
- Uses data to support decision-making, team changes and process changes to maximize regional performance and meet 626 financial goals
- Provide effective communication across the organization for both customer and internal 626 matters
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills to work effectively through high urgency situations with a bias to action
- Solid collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Decision-Making Skills
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
