The Opportunity:
As a logistics manager, you know that every program relies on clearly defined management processes to work. You understand government systems and material specifications and know that using tools and software such as Failure Modes and Criticality Analysis (FMCA) is critical to ensuring the integrity of the mission. We’re looking for a logistics engineer like you to apply your engineering and process improvement expertise to develop tools for mission or program.
As a logistics engineer on our team, you’ll provide expertise in identifying the root cause of challenges or concerns for our clients. You’ll use your findings to create a path forward that meets design requirements and ensures functionality.
In this role, you’ll use your engineering logistics and materials expertise to contribute to the safety of the warfighter. You’ll partner closely with senior team members and showcase your skills in root-cause analysis and process improvement resolution.

You Have:
10 years of experience supporting DoD Initiatives
7 years of experience leading and supporting AF on Log C2 initiatives, including Log IT Strategy, Log IT Strat Comms, Log C2 Working Group, Decision Advantage, or BLAAST requirements
5 years of experience supporting the Air Force
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
