As an Operations Analyst, you’ll bring your consultant and project management skills to identify and implement solutions that improve operational efficiencies within an Operations Department that align with the goals and objectives of the Program Management Office (PMO). You will work alongside thought leaders in engineering, consulting, and analytics on a mission-critical information system. You’ll work independently, with guidance in implementing new procedures to enable contractors, government civilians, and other mission partners to support the critical mission.

Work with us to identify new tools or processes that enable department management to focus on the larger PMO goals and objectives. You will bring your organizational experience in process improvement to identify and implement new procedures to enable the PMO to support critical missions and improve future program development. You will apply your skills in personnel management, process improvement, forecasting future needs, scheduling and planning management, and day-to-day administration. You will use your strong writing as well as communication and collaboration skills as you work with mission partners.

You Have:  

• 5 years of experience implementing process improvements in an organizational setting

• 3 years of experience in DoD Program Management Office or Acquisition Management managing multiple projects

• Experience with metrics, business process reengineering, business case analysis, electronic workflow, cost estimation, or strategic planning

• Ability to evaluate programs and provide an analysis of present issues and key solutions for process improvement

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with using Atlassian products

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and be proactive about solving problems that may arise 

• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders across multiple teams

• Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and proactive advice and guidance to personnel across all levels, including senior managers, peers, subordinates, and customers

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
