As a Partner Maritime Trainer, you'll assist the foreign partner Navy and Marine Corps in assessing maritime security (MARSEC) capability gaps and designing and implementing training, simulation, exercise, and certification programs to address these gaps. You'll leverage broad regional expertise and knowledge of Indo-Pacific Navy, Marine Corps, and Joint commands to plan, develop and coordinate security cooperation operations, activities, and investments that provide the most effective advice, expertise, and support to partner Navy and Marine Corps initiatives to assist foreign partners address capability gaps. You'll leverage expertise maritime or joint fires, operational and tactical unit training and certification, and maritime or joint planning to ensure security cooperation activities incorporate all applicable considerations into overall partner force capability development. You'll apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, or full industry knowledge. You understand the framework of a multi-domain training and experimentation capability and will develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

You Have:  

• 20 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD)

• 5 years of experience in military operations and exercises in the USINDOPACOM AOR

• 5 years of experience working maritime issues

• 5 years of experience working with military plans

• 3 years of experience working with partner militaries

• Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience in Intelligence, Joint Fires, Logistics, or Electro-Magnetic Support Operations or Survivability

• Experience working with Asian nations

• Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
