The Opportunity: 

An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our DoD Cloud Enterprise Capability program achieves success.

As a lead Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding a multi-functional team. USAF will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Cloud Enterprise Capability space, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact DoD Enterprise Cloud Capability while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

• 12 years of experience as a commercial or government program manager in DoD programs

• Experience integrating processes and workloads across multiple functional areas

• Knowledge of managing cloud programs or projects

• Ability to act as the key conduit between government PMO, service providers, and contractors

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with DCS or ZT principles

• PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
