Key Role:
Bring your contract management expertise to the Booz Allen Contracts Team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team leader who finds creative solutions to complex problems. Leverage your contracts management experience by serving as a Senior Contracts Manager within the Team. Lead a team of skilled Contract Managers, who are responsible for negotiating and administering contracts with the U.S. Government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Work closely with expert teams across Booz Allen’s enterprise organization, including pricing, global supply chain, and legal, where collective ingenuity is leveraged to provide strategic advice to program management teams and senior leaders. Provide critical contracts management support to Intelligence Community (IC) clients, while working with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact.
Basic Requirements:
10 years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal support
Experience in managing a team of contract professionals and serving as a trusted business advisor, providing strategic contractual advice to program leadership
Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable and negotiating teaming and non-disclosure agreements with industry partners
Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Knowledge of federal government contracting and experience with supporting IC clients
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
Ability to establish and foster strong client relationships with internal and external clients
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Ability to manage a robust portfolio of contracts of various size, scope, and complexity
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risks
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
