As a Small Business Office Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Booz Allen's Small Business Office. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review tools, processes, and strategies. You’ll help with tactical planning using a variety of internal and external tools and resources land regular interactions with subject matter experts, industry partners, and business leads.

You Have:
Experience with conducting research to understand business processes and operations, analyzing and displaying results in a report, and developing accurate conclusions from the analysis
Experience briefing cross-functional stakeholders to support executive decision-making
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to speak and meet with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, in a professional manner
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and sometimes nebulous environment
Ability to master new content and generate new ideas
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Power BI and data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of federal government contracting

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $46,900.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
