You Have:
10 years of experience in the development of open system-of-system architectures throughout the system’s product development lifecycle
Experience developing reference architectures, executable architectures, modeling of systems, and alignment of the architectures with system designs and schedules
Experience defining modeling and simulation scenarios in support of prototyping, experimentation, and operational exercises
Experience in systems engineering activities, including requirements analyses, functional and physical architecture development, design solution formulation and generation, integration, validation and verification, and maintenance of systems architecture products
Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, techniques, and principles, including DoD architecture frameworks such as DoDAF or UAF and standards such as MIL-STD-498 and ISO/IEC 15288
Knowledge of systems engineering processes through all phases of system development
Ability to use interpersonal and management skills to lead, coach, and direct activities to achieve trusted technical architectures
Ability to manage a team of engineers, oversee tasks, and communicate effectively across engineering disciplines
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the development, testing, and evaluation of DoD weapons systems
Experience with joint exercise planning systems and tools
Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
Experience developing autonomy architecture for defense applications
Experience with software autonomy stack and interfaces to sensors
Experience with the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and systems modeling software, such as MagicDraw or Enterprise Architect, in the development of systems architecture products to support development activities for hardware and software systems
Knowledge of joint and combined military architectures and exercise modeling and simulation
Knowledge of the Agile development methodology, associated toolsets, and roles
Doctorate degree
Systems Engineering or Architecture Accreditation Certification, including INCOSE SEP Certification or Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
