Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Computer and Information Systems Manager to oversee IT strategies, system architecture, and enterprise-focused solutions, particularly utilizing Pega. The role involves leading teams, managing workflows, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the project, providing expertise in IT infrastructure, systems development, and application analysis.
- Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership as a Lead System Architect (LSA) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to support organizational objectives.
- Lead system design, deployment, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols.
- Analyze complex project-related challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into existing systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Qualifications:15 years of experience in IT leadership and system architecture, with expertise in Java and Pega.
- PMP certification is required.
- Certified as a Lead System Architect with Principal System Architect designation or certified as a Business Architect with Lead Business Architect designation, depending on the role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in dynamic, project-based environments.
