We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Create sales material to present to customers
- • Booking reservations via phone and email
• Answering customer calls to assist with quotes, questions, needs, or complaints.
• Answering and call drivers to assist with their trips.
• Solve problems quickly
• Dispatch and monitor drivers - Settle completed reservations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- • Must be able to work holidays, weekend, and nights.
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Type 35 words per minute.
