As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for fielding calls and assisting customers with their pontoon and jet ski reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. Duties:
- Assist customers in making reservations for pontoon and jet ski rentals
- Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences and needs
- Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and discounts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using reservation systems (FareHarbor)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
