This role is integral to expanding our client base and establishing long-term partnerships through strategic lead generation and successful contract execution. Building and maintaining strong brand relationships drives growth; therefore, successful Lead Generation and Prospecting are fundamental to the company’s success. This candidate should be a highly accountable, entrepreneurial minded and creative individual who excels in a performance driven sale environment.Essential Functions : Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target new business opportunities in the hospitality management sector that fit our culture and growth strategies.Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels including networking, industry events, and market research.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Client Acquisition : Build trust, rapport, and credibility with new and existing clients inclusive of hotel owners, developers, brokers and franchise sales teams.Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and tailor proposals that address their requirements.Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business deals.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality industry.Contract Management : Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initial negotiation through execution.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all contractual terms are met and compliant with company policies.Provide regular updates to the senior management team on the status of ongoing negotiations and contract performance.Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.Contribute to the development of marketing and sales initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence.Create an annual sales plan including all anticipated expenses (travel, entertainment, industry events etc.).Relationship Management : Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify new and upsell opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns during the contract negotiation phase from start to finish which involves continuously sourcing, selling, and closing new third-party contracts.Reporting and Analysis : Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior leadership.Other Job Duties & Requirements : Excel in an environment where there will be a good amount of travel. Be able to excel in an “on the road” and “in front of clients” demand while maintaining a strong work life balance.Proactive communication with leadership and report weekly on leads and activities.Collaborate with other team members from an array of departments including development, finance, operations and beyond. Thus, ensuring critical deadlines and timelines are met and exceeded.Must have strong presentation, follow up, and follow through skills.Supports all functions of the company to ensure smooth transitions and relationship management.Other Duties requested by management.Position Requirements : Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
