We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Car Sales associate fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in sales and negotiation will be key to achieving success in this role.
Work Schedule
Monday - Saturday
10 am -6 Pm
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively by following up with leads and maintaining relationships with potential buyers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales terms with customers to close deals while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients through calls or messages.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
