We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by promptly and effectively responding to customer inquiries through both email and phone communication. Your primary objective will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Management:
- Monitor and manage the customer service email inbox on a regular basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and accurate manner within 24 hours.
- Provide clear and concise explanations, solutions, and information to customers via email.
2. Phone Communication:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor during phone interactions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
3. Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with relevant teammates to escalate and resolve complex issues that require specialized assistance.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and company policies.
- Stay updated on product updates, features, and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our shared One drive.
6. Professional Communication:
- Communicate with customers using proper grammar, spelling, and a professional tone.
- Adapt communication style to meet the needs and preferences of various customers.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in processes or services.
8. Collaboration:
