Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Entitlement to lead and streamline entitlement processes for our growing coffee empire. As one of the largest 7 Brew franchisees in the country, this role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all entitlement-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee entitlement processes, including permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize entitlement workflows.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the entitlement team.
- Monitor and report on entitlement progress and key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in entitlement management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and permitting processes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
