The key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the overall project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensuring construction activities move according to schedule
- Coordinating with engineers, owners, sub-contractors, superintendent, and laborers on site
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety standards
- Regularly inspecting construction sites

Requirements:
