Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a focus on ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The General Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse team, managing budgets, and driving the overall success of our restaurant and catering services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and catering services to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting revenue and controlling costs.
• Supervise staff across various departments, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Implement effective food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in menu offerings.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in food management within a restaurant setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with catering operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• A passion for food service and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
