7C’s is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in beautiful Waikiki/Honolulu. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel housekeeping operations and is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, including room inspections, scheduling, and inventory control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations
Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and budgets
Address guest concerns and implement service recovery solutions when needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel housekeeping environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and supplies effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and guest service
Must be authorized to work in the United States
