Duties and Responsibilities:
This role involves leading and overseeing multiple store locations, staff, and resources to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders to ensure operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing effective merchandising programs to drive business growth
- Maintaining control over cash and inventory, as well as profit and loss management
- Working closely with upper management to set and achieve performance goals

Requirements:
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5 years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100 employees
- The ability to relocate upon completion of training
- The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
