Job Title:

Runner/Busser

Purpose:

We are looking for an individual who has a strong work ethic and is passionate, intellectually open & honest, puts the guest first and is an excellent team member!

As a busser/runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience. You will assist associates, expedite food orders, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the area. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Accountability:

· Greet Guests

· Assist in delivering food and drinks to guests in a timely manner

· Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between seatings

· Maintain cleanliness in seating and common areas

· Perform any other duties assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction

Expectations:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure

· Excellent team player with a positive attitude

· Ability to adapt effectively to changing situations

Qualifications and Requirements

· Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, and stand or walk for long periods of time

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.31 - $18.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
