What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at 7 Star Home Care?
The Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for 7 Star Home Care is responsible for managing all communication to and from clients and employees utilizing the phone, email, fax and other electronic methods, during normal business hours of 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday.
The Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant must have professional customer service experience as they are often the first contact for our clients and caregivers.
The Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will also coordinate with other team members to provide any needed administrative support in the office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Represents 7 Star Home Care in a professional manner and image
2. Reliability and consistency are a must
3. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
4. Strong computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office Suite
5. Service oriented with clients, caregivers and administrative staff
6. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
7. Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand and adheres to established 7 Star Home Care policies and procedures.
2. Develop adequate knowledge of our scheduling/administrative software
3. Answer phone calls/emails and ensure that correct information is obtained, captured in our scheduling/administrative software, and forwarded to appropriate team member.
4. Manage all incoming faxes and forward as needed.
5. Scan and upload all client and caregiver documents/files as requested
6. Confirm caregiver schedules and update scheduling software
7. Assist with various invoicing/payroll functions
8. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
9. Manage office supplies and order as needed
10. Be able to perform on-call duties in a rotation basis
11. Performs general office duties as requested.
