Job Description:
At Usedo Park Services, we are looking for an administrative receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a person with prior experience in administrative and reception roles, fluent in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- Perfect command of English (both oral and written).
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Word, Office, etc.
- Able to type 54 wpm.
- Excellent organization skills (e.g. able to effectively manage and schedule appointments from medium volume Outlook email inbox)
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
