Oz Marketing is an innovative, full-service advertising agency that’s dedicated to creating engaging and impactful advertising material. Based out of Layton, Utah, we house digital marketing, branding, graphic design, social media and public relations specialists as well as web developers and production experts to aid clients in curating an iconic presence. We are looking to hire a dynamic social media content creator who will develop and implement our social media strategy. This role involves creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and analyzing performance to drive our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, creative, and data-driven, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices.Benefits

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create/ curate/ develop and manage all published content (images/video/written)
- Monitor/ listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation/ identify key players and coordinate actions
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts
- Oversee design (e.g. cover images/ profile pictures etc.)
- Design and create social ad campaigns while monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends/ tools and technologies
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements Cover events live and in various locations across northern Utah
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or digital media with a minimum of one year experience preferred
- Excellent creative idea generation/ filming/editing (photo/video/text)/ writing/ presentation and communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro/ DaVinci Resolve 19 and CapCut preferred
- Ability to work with an editor and revise materials quickly
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design/ web development/ CRO and SEO preferred
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude/attention to detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Well-versed in various social media platforms
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook/ Instagram/LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- A degree in communications/ marketing/ business/ new media or public relations is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and logistically able to travel to dealerships and events
