The Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who understands what makes content shareable, memorable, and impactful. You'll be the creative force behind our social presence, someone who instinctively knows what connects with audiences and can transform that knowledge into engaging content that builds genuine community engagement. If you have your finger on the pulse of social media culture and know how to authentically position a brand within today's fast-moving digital landscape, we want to meet you.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

· Crafting scroll-stopping content for Murphy Door's social media channels (because regular doors are boring, and our content should be anything but)

· Collaborating with our Social Media Manager and Creative Director to push creative boundaries and innovate new content ideas that make our audience say "wow"

· Contributing to our ambitious social following growth goals (we're talking loads of opportunity here)

· Getting hands-on with video and photo production projects

· Flexing your video editing skills for both social and non-social projects

· Dedicating one day per week to developing our founder's personal brand (think of it as your "founder's day")

Must-Have Superpowers:

· 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation

· Experience with brand social media accounts

· A portfolio that shows you can turn everyday products into extraordinary stories

· Proficiency in video production and editing

· Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe CC

· Experience with major social media platforms and their ever-changing algorithms

· Strong creative vision and the ability to execute it

· Excellence in time management and meeting deadlines

· A keen eye for trends and the ability to adapt them to our brand

Bonus Points If:

· You have experience with photo, design, or copywriting

· You understand paid social media marketing

· You’ve worked in the home improvement / interior design space before
