**Key Responsibilities: **
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
-Book and manage orders efficiently
- Dispatch vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office proficiently
**Qualifications: **
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the technology field and/or marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with geography and mapping
- Previous dispatch experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a "go-getter" mentality
**Schedule: **
- Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Monday to Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM
- Potential for overtime during the busy season
- Opportunity for some work from home after performance reviews
