About the available position:
EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a full-time (40 hours) Administrative Coordinator for their Buffalo headquarters. This position will ensure that administrative support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, allowing organizational operations to function properly. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing administrative duties, related to HR and Development.
EPIC is looking for candidates to:
- Assist in preparing payroll and benefits reports related to HR.
- Coordinate recruitment and interview process including offer letters, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, and coordinating background checks.
- Assist with new employee orientation, onboarding and training processes.
- Assist with various HR policy implementation.
- Monitor inventory of general office supplies, postage, and the purchasing of new supplies with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, phones, user accounts, printers, and copiers.
Candidates are required to have:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with a customer relationship database is strongly preferred. Salesforce experience a plus.
- Knowledge of HR policies and office management required.
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Salary Range: $42,000-45,000, paid hourly

Position Summary:
This position will ensure that administrative support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, allowing organizational operations to function properly. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing administrative duties, related to HR and Development.
Essential Functions:
· Assist in preparing payroll and benefits reports related to HR.
· Coordinate recruitment and interview process including offer letters, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting Directors with screening interviewing candidates, and coordinating background checks.
· Assist with new employee orientation, onboarding and training processes.
· Assist with various HR policy implementation. · Monitor inventory of general office supplies, postage, and the purchasing of new supplies with attention to budgetary constraints.
· Coordinate with vendors regarding set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, phones, user accounts, printers, and copiers.
· Act as office administration liaison to the Care Management Coalition and building staff.
· Support development-related activities, with a specific focus on utilizing Salesforce.
· Manage and enter non-program data (including unrestricted giving and other development related activity) into Salesforce and develop/maintain reporting.
· Compile donor acknowledgement letters on a timely basis.
· Provide administrative support for donor engagement strategies and events.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
