722 Redemption Funding is an Automobile Finance Company located in Sharonville. It is a family owned and operated company with over 30 years as the perennial bankruptcy auto financing company. 722 works with consumers throughout the country to help them refinance or replace their current vehicle under federal bankruptcy law. 722 only offers its services if it will be of benefit to consumers in bankruptcy.
Job Summary
The Inside Auto Sales Specialist is responsible for communication with consumers and their attorneys to explain the benefits of a redemption under 11 USC 722, as well as determine other applicable options for their clients, including locating a replacement vehicle when necessary. This is a unique position which combines sales and consumer service in a fast-paced atmosphere. The Inside Auto Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quotas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and build relationships with Attorneys to generate consumer leads for potential 722 clients
· Develop and build relationship/trust with consumers to convert those leads to successful sales/deals
· Call on potential clients by phone and demonstrate the benefits of either a redemption or replacement auto loan through our services
· Demonstrate the 722 sales process consistently, with emphasis on conducting thorough analysis discussions
· Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
· Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
· Record all sales activity and results in Salesforce in a timely manner
· Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients
· Demonstrate a strong work ethic and regular attendance
· Maintain ethical business practices
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· 0-3 years proven track record of sales/customer service related work experience preferred
· Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, enthusiasm and strong work ethic
· Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision
· Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
· Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, etc.)
We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $30,000.00 - $40,000.00. In addition to base pay, employees will receive a monthly commission based on performance.
