About Atria Health analytics:
Atria Health has a number of analytics assets based out of its proprietary Data Warehouse. These include:
- CareHub, which pulls quantitative and qualitative data from the physician EMR to identify care gaps as determined by appropriate use criteria
- Revenue Cycle Management tools which include a denials insight tool to rapidly monitor denial rates and “click-through” analytical capability by payor, denial type, CPT code, and provider
- Financial reporting systems which track unit trends, award revenue credit, and trend over time
- Care center (future) reporting which aggregates information across multiple platforms to give physicians the visibility they need to maximize their business
As Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Shepherd physician workflow change management to realize full benefit of the analytical suite including integration of analytical suite output with the physician EMR with existing and future practices
- Identify, prioritize, and build organizational alignment for new functionality (e.g., Peripheral Arterial Disease CareHub tools)
- Collaborate and coordinate technical (PowerBI) resources to evolve and improve the current AI tools (TTE, nuclear imaging, ICR) according to physician and operator feedback
- Improve the overall sophistication of the AI tools, both by building internal capabilities and through partnership with 3rd parties (e.g., Qualified AI)
