Job Description
Job Description
Join Client's Broadband Analog group , a market leader in high-speed fiber optic data communication technology. Our team designs physical layer ICs like Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) and drivers for Silicon Photonic (SiPho) and Electro-absorption Modulators (EAMs) that power Data Center, Metro, and Long-Haul networks. By leveraging advanced circuit design, we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions to address growing global data transmission demands.
Key Responsibilities
Innovative Design :
Lead the design of cutting-edge Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) in SiGe BiCMOS technology, achieving industry-leading performance.
- Develop high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers.
- Design transmission line and millimeter-wave structures to push performance boundaries.
- Implement precision analog circuits such as linear regulators, AGC loops, and bandgaps.
Project Execution and Leadership :
Define microarchitecture for major circuit blocks and guide design teams through implementation.
Technical Expertise :
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior designers, and translating chip-level specifications into actionable designs.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 10–15 years of experience in high-performance RF / Analog Receiver / TIA design, or
Core Skills :
Proven IC design expertise, including successful chip tape-outs and lab evaluation.
Specific Expertise (Preferred) :
