Position Overview :

Role : Front Office Coordinator & Patient Care Sales Professional

This role involves managing the front desk operations and assisting individuals on their journey to enhance their appearance and well-being. You will also be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting our range of products and services.

Location : Our clinic is situated in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, conveniently close to public transportation options such as BART, MUNI, and major highways. This is an on-site position.

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rate of up to $30, commensurate with experience and performance, along with benefits for full-time employees.

Option 1 : Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Option 2 : Part-time position, working 2-3 days a week, with availability required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide patients with a great experience from start to finish.
  • Act as a lead receptionist and first point of contact with prospective and current patients.
  • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
  • Greet, register, and check patients into and out of the office.
  • Escort patients into exam rooms and perform basic tasks such as dressing changes and suture removal.
  • Manage patient charts.
  • Collect payments.
  • Schedule surgery and office procedures & treatments.
  • Contact prospective clients and book sales opportunities.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Assist with additional office duties.
  • Attention to detail is critical in this role.
  • Being able to multi-task (answer phones, texts, and emails, while checking in / out patients).
  • Maintain a professional and elegant appearance.
  • There is potential for growth for the right candidate.

Qualifications :

  • Strong and dedicated passion for beauty, aesthetics, and plastic surgery.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including verbal and nonverbal communication, problem-solving, conflict handling, teamwork, empathy, listening, professional etiquette, and a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient with computers.
