We are seeking an experienced and amazing barista to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making and serving coffee and other beverages to our customers, as well as ensuring that the cafe is clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer experience skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
- Ensure that the cafe is clean and well-maintained
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Maintain an inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing food and drinks
- Provide excellent customer experience and address customer concerns
- Share our story and culture with customers
