Position: Part-time Barista
Hours: 10-25 hours per week
Compensation: $10 per hour TIPS

• Weekend Open Availability: Weekends are where the magic happens! Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a must, as these are our busiest days when we welcome plant enthusiasts from near and far to indulge in our offerings.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Leave a lasting impression by delivering outstanding service with a smile. Whether it's brewing the perfect cup of tea or offering recommendations from our menu, your dedication to customer satisfaction sets the tone for their entire experience.
• Prepare and Serve High-quality Beverages: Master the art of tea-making and ensure every cup meets our standards of excellence. From steeping the perfect brew to crafting specialty drinks, your attention to detail ensures that every sip is a delight.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep our TeaRoom sparkling clean and well-organized to enhance the customer experience. From wiping down countertops to restocking supplies, your commitment to cleanliness ensures that our space remains inviting and comfortable for all who visit.
