The Regional Lead role at Seventh Dimension, LLC, involves critical responsibilities. As a Recovery Care Coordinator Regional Lead, you will be accountable for all WCGS-Service contractor assignments at the regional location.
Your duties and responsibilities will include managing and supervising WCGS contractor assignments, maintaining a modified caseload as an RCC, ensuring compliance with WCP policies, and reporting issues to leadership.
Additionally, you will perform all responsibilities and tasks as an RCC related to the modified case load maintained, supervise and coordinate the efforts of the contract support at Regional Locations, and inform USSOCOM WCP leadership immediately of any case or situation requiring intervention.
To succeed in this role, you must ensure performance measures meet program standards, report deviations to the Government, collect and maintain individual case management data, and provide local senior advisory services regarding WCP processes, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Possess current TOP SECRET clearance.
- Have 8 years of SOF experience.
- Have 8 years of RCC or Case Management Experience.
- Military experience (senior-level SOF or Medical NCO) and familiarity with DoD and VA medical systems is highly preferred.
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, you will regularly talk, listen, and write. You will frequently use foot/ankle motions, handle objects, tools, or controls, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
