Seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join a dynamic team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environment, with at least 2 years in financial services. This role involves creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for clients and internal users, significantly influencing the firm's growth.

Responsibilities
Work iteratively with business and project management to develop effective interactive design solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Apply visual design principles to create cohesive user interfaces across various platforms, adhering to design system and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure thorough understanding of requirements.
Participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, adapting designs based on feedback.
Conduct user research to understand and validate user needs, updating designs based on user feedback.
Curate and evolve the Figma-based design system and documentation.
Make impactful presentations to team members, stakeholders, and executives.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of design stories and artifacts.
Track and contribute design stories in DevOps, ensuring minimal missed requirements and delays.
Advocate for design decisions and the UX process, representing the voice of the user.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environment.
Minimum of 2 years design experience within the financial services industry.
Expertise in Figma is required.
Proficiency with modern digital design practices and tools is highly recommended.
Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience and skill set.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
