Our innovative approach involves training and deploying top-performing Cold Callers, Door-to-Door (D2D) and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales representatives to work on behalf of our clients in their designated territories. Other services our clients receive are website design and digital marketing, physical advertising via direct mail, and print ads. By outsourcing their sales efforts to us, business owners save both time and money that would otherwise be spent recruiting and managing their own sales teams.
Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative at 7th Level Sales, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to business owners in your territory, identifying their pain points, and presenting our high-value marketing solutions. You will be the face of our service, helping clients grow their businesses through effective, human-driven sales solutions. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment with unlimited earning potential—our industry-leading pay structure ensures you can and will break six figures annually.
Pay:
As a Sales Representative with 7th Level, you will receive an uncapped 20% commission on all sales along with weekly performance bonuses. To get a rough idea of what your OTE should be, a typical deal size is $5-7k, which means your commission will be no less than $1k per deal. Our lowest producing sales rep is closing two deals a week, while our top-performer is averaging 5-6!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business owners in your assigned territory to understand their challenges and introduce our marketing and sales solutions.
- Provide detailed presentations of our services and explain how we can reduce their lead generation costs and improve profitability.
- Actively manage and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective prospecting and relationship-building techniques.
- Work closely with the 7th Level Sales training and support teams to ensure a deep understanding of our services and offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to both your personal success and the growth of our clients.
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine our sales strategies and improve our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cold calling with a track record of success and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.
- Experience working with service-based businesses is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and stay ahead of industry trends.
