We are seeking a Technology Manager with a focus on systems integration, automation, and reporting across our tech stack—including Close CRM and Zapier—to enable scalable, data-driven growth at 7th Level.
This role is critical to our success, as it bridges the technology of our business to our goals and daily operations. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop technology solutions that support our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee systems administration and integrations for all departments within 7th Level.
- Ensure a secure, reliable IT infrastructure that aligns with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop technology solutions supporting our strategic vision.
- Manage technology assets and coordinate work to drive operational efficiency and support growth.
- Monitor system vulnerabilities and address security issues promptly.
- Oversee system performance and schedule routine maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external support to maintain optimal service levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in systems administration methodologies, managing IT assets and coordinating technology work.
- Demonstrated proficiency in integrations, including a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and familiarity with platforms like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n.io.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems such as Close.io, Zoho and HubSpot, with hands-on experience in integrating and optimizing marketing automation platforms like ClickFunnels and outbound dialers and mailers.
- Experience and professional exposure to Information Security and Data Protection regulations, frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience driving operational efficiency and supporting growth initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have:
- Proficiency with database design principles and a strong working knowledge of relational databases. Proven track record in designing database systems that ensure data integrity and scalability in accordance with business’ objectives.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and/or certification(s) in Enterprise Architecture methodologies, such as ITIL 4 and TOGAF, are highly valued.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security , or equivalent certifications in Information Security are also highly desirable.
