Our award winning, FAMILY OWNED, INDEPENDENT restaurant group with restaurants in Kansas City, Leawood, Omaha, Des Moines and Denver is growing! We currently operate three concepts, 801 Chophouse, Pig & Finch Gastropub and 801 Fish. We are very excited to bring 801 Chophouse to Minneapolis, opening this Fall 2019!
**IN HOUSE, SCRATCH DESSERT MENU DEVELOPED BY OUR CHEFS**
Pastry Chef Candidate must possess:
-Experience in high end, ' la carte pastries and petite fours.
-Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings and holidays
-Experienced in working at a fast pace, while maintaining quality standards.
-Self-reliant and ability meet production deadlines
-Passionate and creative about pastries
-Ordering, Inventory, Management
-Strong work ethic
-Positive "Can Do" attitude
-Savory cross over and experience a major plus
-Cake decorating and/or bread skills a major plus
