PT Business Process Analyst - Continuous Improvement
5 hours per day - 25 hours a week
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping, documentation, and analysis, along with advanced skills in Excel and a solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce systems. This role will be critical in supporting our efforts to improve process efficiency, data quality, and overall business performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps and documentation to illustrate current state processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes clearly and concisely.
Conduct detailed root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of risk or opportunities within existing processes and recommend and implement actionable solutions to the business and partner within the region and globally to address identified issues.
Assist in establishing and maintaining data quality standards and best practices. Monitor data integrity and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies
Apply a solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce to analyze processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements. Work closely with IT and relevant departments to support the integration and optimization of these systems.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes, tools, and systems, ensuring smooth transitions during process changes. Assist in change management initiatives by communicating process changes effectively and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements for new projects and process improvements. Ensure that business requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with organizational goals.
What You Bring (requirements)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Strong understanding of SAP and Salesforce platforms.
Experience in change management and training delivery.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Efficiently learns and applies new skills and knowledge.
