The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment. This full-time, salaried position is based in the CEO's home studio in Mill Valley, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage and organize the CEO's professional and personal schedule, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
- Email Communications: Monitor and draft emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Travel Coordination: Work with a dedicated travel agent to ensure seamless coordination for both professional and personal travel.
- Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to prepare agendas, documentation, and briefings for meetings attended by the CEO.
- Technology Assistance: Troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance on using various technologies.
- Document and Resource Management: Organize and manage important documents, files, and records.
- Confidentiality: Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to the CEO and executive leadership.
