They are currently looking for their second marketing hire - a Marketing operations and automation expert who will optimize their marketing technology stack, refine automated workflows, and support lead generation efforts.This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to join a growth-focused workplace to help shape the marketing strategy and directly impact the company's growth.
This role is based in Manhattan and is in-office 3 days/week.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Marketing, leadership, and third-party vendors to implement and refine best practices for automation processes.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows, including lead generation, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns.
- Build nurture campaigns, emails and landing pages in Pardot.
- Oversee channel acquisition programs, collaborating with divisional teams to ensure proper campaign submissions and their successful execution.
- Collaborate with external agencies and consultants to improve web and application performance.
- Manage system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive bug fixes within Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms.
- Develop and maintain internal materials for operational processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform updates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative marketing technologies to achieve and exceed business goals.
Qualifications
- 3 years in a marketing operations or similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Pardot.
- Experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS for coding emails and landing pages.
- Experience integrating CRM and Go-To-Market systems.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at analyzing data, configuring technical solutions, and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Collaborative Communication: Exceptional skills in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning new tools and processes, quickly connecting the dots across the tech stack, and understanding the broader marketing technology landscape.
