About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sr. Accounting Recruiter to join their growing HR team! In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process, collaborate closely with department leaders, and play a key role in building a high-performing team. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll ensure a smooth and strategic recruitment process, helping attract and hire top-tier talent. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team as well, strong communication is a must!
What You’ll Do
- Own the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified candidates for open positions, working closely with department managers to identify key skills and competencies.
- Act as a lead facilitator in a well-structured and efficient recruiting process, particularly for priority roles.
- Coordinate with the CEO and executive team on staffing updates and interview scheduling.
- Develop and refine job descriptions, post open positions, and manage requisition forms.
- Conduct reference checks via phone and email.
- Perform job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives, particularly for accounting and financial roles.
- Create and execute outreach strategies using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
What You Bring
- 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on tax and accounting roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with recruiting software and HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (preferred).
- Ability to reliably commute to the office.
