Cultivation Tech III maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the management in Cultivation. The Tech III employee is a highly experienced and skilled cultivator who can handle all aspects of cannabis cultivation independently. They can supervise teams when needed.??
- Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.??
- Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, and equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing.??
- Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.??
- Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.??
- Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.??
- Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.??
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.??
