Cultivation Tech III

Cultivation Tech III maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the management in Cultivation. The Tech III employee is a highly experienced and skilled cultivator who can handle all aspects of cannabis cultivation independently. They can supervise teams when needed.??

• Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.??

• Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, and equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing.??

• Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.??

• Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.??

• Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.??

• Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.??

• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.??

• Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.???

• Performs other duties as assigned.??

• Assists with more complex cultivation tasks, including plant training and nutrient management.??

• Identifies and addresses issues related to plant health.??

• Collaborates with supervisors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.??

• Trains new Tech I employees and helps them adjust to their roles.??

• Oversees all cultivation activities and ensures adherence to SOPs and quality standards.???

• Provides guidance to Tech I and Tech II employees; offers support when challenges arise.???

• Collaborates with management to improve processes and efficiency.???

Education and Experience

High School degree or equivalent

1 year of cultivation experience in a licensed cannabis facility

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.??

• The ability to respond quickly to sounds.??

• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.??

• The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations.??

• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.??

• The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.??

• The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions.??

• The ability to work in high CO2 environments.??

• The ability to use a half-face respirator.???

• The ability to complete fine motor functions.??

• The ability to work in low-light situations.??
